The Lenches Pre-school is a registered charity and it is run by an elected committee made up almost entirely of parents / carers of children who attend the setting. Our Committee members are elected during Annual General Meeting. As well as being responsible for the management of the Pre-school, the committee members are also the charity’s trustees.
The Committee is responsible for taking major decisions associated with the running of the Pre-school, reviewing policy and procedures, organising fundraising events and financial budgeting, for the appointment and annual appraisal of members of staff.
Our Annual General Meeting is held in the Autumn Term and parents will be informed so that they can attend. The Committee group for 2018/ 2019 comprises:
