Our search for an inspirational leader
The Lenches Pre-School is looking for a new Manager, an inspirational leader in early years education, who can provide a warm and nurturing environment for children, families and staff where parents and carers can feel confident and secure that their choice of Early Years Provision with us is absolutely the right decision for them.
We will sadly being saying goodbye to our current Manager Paula at the end of the Summer term and we are looking for a new Manager to officially start with us September 2025. Any new Manager will be expected to continue and encourage the kind gentle supportive practices Paula has embedded into our beautiful setting.
A team dedicated to building strong relationships with every child by promoting a happy and safe environment.
A non-profit charity reinvesting in to the organisation, giving each child a varied and rich curriculum.
We operate Forest School sessions twice a week in the local Community Orchard.
Funics sessions are held every Wednesday lead by experienced Early Years Teacher Rachel.
Our very own log cabin and Wellness Garden currently being established by a Pre-school parent over at Church Lench C.E First School. A brand new facility dedicated to supporting children's wellbeing.
